Well, we not only met him but both my husband and I instantly knew he was the real estate agent to sell our home. Not only personable and friendly, we could tell he n]knew the business well. Additionally, he offers bonuses he includes in his service that aren't standard. One of these extras is two hours of free home staging used to present your home in a way that is appealing to buyers. Not only is this generous benefit but his home stager is excellent and we loved what she did with our home.
Throughout the process of selling and buying our new home Corky helped every step of the way. As a mom of three small children there were often times I called on him with no notice to help me with faxing, phone calls, etc. Not only did he go out of his way to help me, he even helped to occupy my children. And he never failed to quickly respond to our phone calls and e-mail inquiries.
We sold our home in only 5 weeks in the midst of a very slow marked. We realize it is not always the case for every home but we attribute much of our success to his efficiency and knowledge, his generous services, and his great care. We cannot say enough good about this agent whom we now consider a friend. Now we understand why our friends persisted in suggesting that we contact Corky.
